The video must clearly show:

• The complete unboxing process.
• Any damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect product received.

Important: Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
• Products returned after the eligible return period.
